Defence and Naval Attaché
Captain Daniel Alejandro Muñoz Miranda
As Representative of the Ministry of National Defence, its main function is to establish coordination in the case of specific events and / or requirements made to the Armed Forces, thereby contributing to the National Foreign Policy and Defence work.
The main function of the Naval Attaché is to meet the logistical requirements of the Chilean Navy overseas, actively participating in the process of its procurement, contributing to keep the operational and technological information of the institution updated.
Air Attaché
The functions of the Air Attaché are:
- Advise the Chief of Mission when appropriate, on matters relating to the Chilean Air Force.
- Represent the Air Force of Chile before the Swedish Air Force.
- Promote and disseminate information about the Chilean Air Force in professional and technical areas.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Department of International Relations of the Chilean Air Force, potential professional and educational exchanges between both institutions.
The above mentioned with the aim of contributing to the fulfilment of the Chilean foreign policy objectives through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
